Food Story

A trip to the World Health Organization as an undergraduate student began Monger’s passion for public health nutrition, inspiring her to explore how food and financial insecurity intersect with health outcomes. She’s since worked in a range of maternal and child health programs. Connecting with families and staff through this work fueled her mission: Everyone deserves access to nourishing foods. Outside of work, Monger can be found hiking, enjoying time on the lake, gardening or experimenting with new recipes.
